The STEM Program by Edu Innate Foundation empowers students from Grades 6 to 12 with future-ready skills in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, in alignment with NEP 2020 and NEP 2024. It is designed to foster interdisciplinary learning, problem-solving, and technological fluency, particularly for students in rural, tribal, and underserved communities. EIF ensures STEM is delivered through portable labs, individualised kits, and curriculum integrated instruction.

The AISHE 2021-22 report indicates that 98.5 lakh students were enrolled in STEM fields at various higher education levels, showing a positive trend.
Infrastructure Development
The Atal Innovation Mission has established 10,000 Atal Tinkering Labs (ATLs) across 722 districts, with plans to increase this number to 50,000 in the next five years, enhancing access to STEM resources.
Gender Gap
Women constitute 29.2% of the STEM workforce globally. In India, only 13.5% of STEM faculty members are women, highlighting the need for targeted initiatives to bridge this gap.
